Istria sits at the top of the Adriatic where deep offshore waters and rich sardine grounds create one of the most productive bluefin tuna fisheries in the Mediterranean. Our boat is licensed to fish around the full Istrian coastline and far into international waters.
We stay in close daily contact with sardine fishing boats and trawler captains across Istria. When tuna shift to a new area, we shift with them — our home port is Pula but the boat may operate from anywhere along the Istrian coast based on conditions.
For guests this means one thing: a real chance at a serious bluefin tuna fight, run by a crew that fishes for a living and has been doing it offshore Istria since 2009.
